CN Condor Resources Inc

Condor Resources Inc. ("Condor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CN) is pleased to
announce that it has closed the first tranche of the non-brokered private
placement announced October 3, 2013.


The Company issued 5.9 million units at a price of $0.05 per unit, with each
unit consisting of one share and one warrant; one warrant is exercisable at
$0.075 per share prior to October 10, 2018. The shares and any shares issued on
exercise of the warrants are subject to a four month hold period expiring
February 11, 2014. No commissions or finder's fees were paid in connection with
the private placement.


The net proceeds of the private placement will be used to support the Company's
project generation activities, and for working capital.
