Condor Resources Inc. ("Condor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CN) is pleased to
announce that, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, the size of
the Company's private placement announced on October 3, 2013 has been increased
from 10 million Units, to up to 12.5 million Units, at $0.05 per Unit, thereby
increasing the amount raised from $500,000 to up to $625,000. Each Unit consists
of one share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each
Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the
Company at a price of $0.075 until the fifth anniversary of the Closing. Earlier
in October, the Company closed on 10 million Units.
