CTN Class A Common Shares

Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CTN) ("Centurion", "the Company") wishes to
update its shareholders on the results of its Annual General Meeting held on
June 20, 2013 in Vancouver, BC. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of
all management resolutions proposed in the Management Proxy Circular and as
listed below:




i.   The number of Directors for the Company was set at four.               
ii.  The four members elected to the Board of Directors include: David G.   
     Tafel, Alfred Lenarciak, Kenneth A. Cawkell, and Joseph Del Campo.     
iii. BDO Canada LLP, Chartered Accountants, was re-appointed as auditor of  
     the Company for the ensuing year.                                      
iv.  The Company's Stock Option Plan was ratified.                          



Subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors appointed the following officers: 



Mr. Alfred Lenarciak- Chairman of the Board                                 
Mr. David Tafel - President & CEO,                                          
Mr. Adrian Rothwell- CFO,                                                   
Mr. Kenneth Cawkell- Secretary
