VANCOUVER, May 1, 2014 /CNW/ - Stone Resources Limited (the
"Company") (TSX-V: SRH) announces the resignation of Mr.
Kelei Xin in his capacity as
Corporate Secretary and a Director of the Company. The Board wishes
to thank Mr. Xin for his years of service.
The Company also announces that its listing has
been transferred to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange,
effective the opening of April 30,
2014. This transfer is a result of the Company not
maintaining its Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirements. NEX is a
separate board of the TSX Venture Exchange that is designed to
provide a trading forum for publicly listed companies while they
assess their business plans, operations, and formulate a strategy
to reactivate their businesses for future growth. The trading
symbol for the Company will change from SRH to SRH.H. There is no
change in the Company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no
consolidation of capital.
