SUP Northern Superior Resources Inc

Northern Superior Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SUP) ("Northern Superior" or the
"Company") has amended its Statement of Claim previously filed in the Company's
legal action against the Province of Ontario. 


These amendments were made in response to recent developments in the law
regarding the Crown's duty to consult and the different ways in which aggrieved
parties such as Northern Superior Resources can assert legal claims against the
Crown. The Company believes these developments strengthen its case. 


The Company's Amended Statement of Claim will be posted on the Company's website
with the amendments highlighted. Ontario's amended Statement of Defense in
response is expected within 2- 3 weeks.


The Superior Court of Justice has agreed to appoint a Judge to case manage the
Company's legal action. Mr. Justice Lederer has been appointed for this purpose.
The parties will appear before him next month to review the status of the matter
and ensure the orderly progress of the litigation."
