Northern Superior Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SUP) (the "Company" or "Northern
Superior") wishes to advise that a joint press release among Northern Superior
and Bold Ventures Inc. dated April 10, 2014, was prematurely filed on SEDAR by
Northern Superior (the "Premature Release") and that the Premature Release was
thereafter picked up by several news wires.


The Premature Release announced the signing of a formal option agreement by the
parties whereby Bold will have the option to earn up to a 60% interest in
Northern Superior's 100% owned Lac Surprise property. Although a formal option
agreement has not yet been signed, the parties are confident such an option
agreement will be signed in the near future.


Northern Superior is a reporting issuer in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario
and Quebec, and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SUP.
