(TSXV: WA), is pleased to announce that the previously announced
non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") for
gross proceeds of C$4,000,000 and 4:1
consolidation of the Company's common shares (the
"Consolidation"), is expected to close before the end of
December, 2023.
