Cabal Communications Corporation (former DealerAdvance, Inc.) (PINKSHEETS: DLAD) today announced that "DFW Health & Fitness" is scheduled to begin publication with the October 2010 edition.

Cabal Communications CEO Steven Humphries also announced that Laura Napier will be joining DFW Health & Fitness as Editor. Humphries said, "Napier is a successful web developer and publisher. She played an important role in the start-up of highly successful 'San Antonio Fitness & Health' magazine, which was sold to Clear Channel Communications."

Humphries also said, "The delay in the launch of 'DFW Health & Fitness' was due to the unanticipated slow start of Sports Page Weekly, which was acquired in July 2009. We've learned a lot about the publishing business over the past nine months and plan on utilizing that knowledge to launch the new publication."

According to Napier, "DFW Health & Fitness, Inc.'s primary demographic will be 18-44, which is why we will be primarily a web based magazine utilizing search engine optimization and outside advertising to drive readers to the site. Subscriptions will be offered for a printed version of the on-line publication."
