Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

    

Effective October 1, 2017, Guy Zajonc, resigned as a director and officer of Endurance Exploration Group, Inc. (the “Company”) Mr. Zajonc will be representing potential investors in the Company and wishing to avoid any potential conflicts of interest, has tendered his resignation.   Guy has been a tremendous asset, with great knowledge and experience in shipwreck recovery.  Fortunately, Guy will continue to be a valued advisor to the company. Mr. Zajonc's resignation from the Boards of Directors of the Company did not result from any disagreement with the company or its officers and directors on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.


At this time no one has been identified to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Zajonc's resignation.
