GASNF Naturgy Energy Group SA (PK)

--CVC Capital Partners has asked banks for credit of up to 1.4 billion euros ($1.71 billion) to finance the acquisition of Repsol's 20% stake in Gas Natural, reports El Confidencial, citing unnamed sources.

--The acquisition, which could cost about EUR3.6 billion, will be closed in the next two weeks, El Confidencial says.
