Marquette National Corporation today announced that its Board of
Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share. The $0.25 per share dividend will be paid on a
post-stock-split basis and is equivalent to the $1.00 per share pre-stock-split cash dividend
declared in the prior quarter. The dividend will be payable on
October 1, 2014 to shareholders of
record on September 19,
2014.
