The NuEarth Corporation (Pink Sheets:NUEC) (“NuEarth”), a marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology, today announced the completion of the purchase of Anviron Corporation (Pink Sheets:ANVH) (“Anviron”).

Over the past six months, Anviron and NuEarth have been negotiating with several large channel distribution Companies for the sale, marketing and distribution rights for the Anviron product lines. In order to best develop these wholesale and retail markets, on 3 May 2009 Anviron entered into the sale of its assets to NuEarth Corporation. "This reorganization will allow Anviron to focus on its core international business, and allow NuEarth Corporation to focus on building a retail and wholesale market for our products," said Steve Young acting CEO for NuEarth Corporation.

"As the final completion of the conditions of the purchase agreement negotiated between the Companies, NuEarth Corporation has completed the issuance of 25,000,000 shares to the shareholders of Anviron as a stock dividend based on the voting rights of the shareholders as of 14 September 2009. NuEarth will begin mailing certificates to shareholders on Wednesday, 18 November 2009. We would expect all mailings to be completed by Tuesday, 24 November 2009 and receipt of certificates to be within 7 days of mailing in most circumstances," said Marcie Corbin Secretary of NuEarth Corporation.
