Mr. Nielsen was also elected as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Hales was elected as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hales is the representative of the investor group which has funded the development of tropical plant technology for the Company. Mr. Nielsen has been advising the Company on acquisitions. Finally, Tyrus Young was elected as Secretary in addition to his office as Chief Financial Officer. Pacific Land and Coffee Corporation operates in two market segments.
