Union Dental / Drinkable Air Update Canadian Patent Filing

CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - June 24, 2014) - Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UDHI) -- http://www.uniondental.com/ir -- a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members announced today an update to the filing of the Canadian Patent for an ozone purified water disinfector to be used in dental operatories. The filing was done on behalf of the Joint Venture established in 2012 between Union Dental and Drinkable Air. Just as announced in our update of the US Patent Pending, the Canadian patent office now has assigned an official examiner to the Patent Application process who has requested additional information regarding the specific use of the "Green Ozonator" and the components which comprise the physical characteristics of the device. In general the Company views this as a positive aspect of the investigation, considers it Phase 2 of the three part process and feels they are between one and two years away from receiving the official findings for this process.

Dr. Green, UDHI President and CEO, stated: "As I mentioned in our USA patent Press Release I am pleased that we are getting a fairly rapid response to our patent filings in both the USA and Canada. It is my intention to approach legislators in Florida first and then throughout America to make this product's use mandated in all dental offices."
