the global automotive industry announces that on 22 August 2016
Jeanette Grafstrom partner of Managing Director, Timothy (Tim)
Rogers sold 10,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 466 pence per
share representing 0.056% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
Following the sale, Mr Rogers together with his partner Jeanette
Grafstrom remains interested in 412,953 ABD ordinary shares,
representing 2.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
