On 28 October 2024, The Alumasc
Group plc (the 'Company') was notified of the following transaction
which took place with respect to Paul Hooper, Chief Executive of
the Company, who transferred 193,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each
in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost to
The G P Hooper no.1 Trust, a trust set up for the benefit of Paul
Hooper's adult children.
Following this transaction, the
transferred shares do not constitute part of Mr Hooper's notifiable
interest which will as a result amount to 1,058,524 Ordinary Shares
amounting to approximately 2.929% of the Company's issued share
capital.
