allotted ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price
of 411.87 pence per share on 10 July 2024:

The allotment of shares to Mark Aedy and
Irvinder Goodhew is pursuant to their instruction to receive shares

Non-Executive Director fees to be allotted to her spouse, Paul
Goodhew.
The transactions referred to above took place
outside a trading venue.
