                             AND TRADING STATEMENT



The Board of Belgravium Technologies plc ('Belgravium' or 'the Company'),
designers and manufacturers of real-time data capture systems, are pleased to
announce that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were
duly passed.



During the meeting, Chairman, John Kembery said:



"Orders in progress have remained strong but, as in previous years, customers
were reluctant to finalise contracts in the first quarter.  This has greatly
improved in the second quarter and the company is now very busy, with every
prospect that first half performance will exceed prior year.  We view the future
with confidence."
