cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the global provider of cloud-based e-commerce marketplaces and B2B buyer and supplier solutions, announces that Ronald Duncan, Executive Chairman and CIO on 27 June 2018 transferred beneficial ownership of 200,000 shares in the Company to a non-connected party for nil consideration.

Ronald Duncan and Lyn Duncan Chief Executive Officer are treated as connected persons for the purposes of disclosure and their joint shareholding is now 18,287,981 shares, representing 14.02% of the issued share capital.
