China Nonferrous Gold Limited (AIM: CNG), the mineral exploration and mining company currently mining the Pakrut gold project in the Republic of Tajikistan, announces that Mr. Li Yong and Mr. Shi Xiuzhi have tendered their resignations as non-executive directors of the Company to pursue other business interests. Those resignations have immediate effect from today.

The Directors of the Company have commenced the search for new independent, non-executive directors for CNG and will update shareholders in due course as those conversations progress.
