 Issue of New Shares & Notifiable Interest in the Shares of the Company

16 August 2007

The Company has allotted 1,436,975 Ordinary 0.1p shares to Trafalgar Capital
Specialized Investment Fund ("Trafalgar") in settlement of fees relating to the
fundraising announced on 28 June 2007.  Following this allotment of new shares,
Trafalgar has an interest in 9,000,000 Ordinary 0.1p shares of the Company,
equating to 3.46% of the total issued share capital.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM on Tuesday 21 August 2007.
