Ethernity Networks (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of data processing and fibre access semiconductor technology for networking appliances, announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 7 December 2023, the adjourned general meeting of the Company was held earlier today, and all resolutions were duly passed.

All resolutions proposed at the general meeting were passed on a poll and the voting results will be available on the Company's website in due course, www.ethernitynet.com.
