and Mr Stuart Carnegie have been appointed as additional non-executive directors of the Company, effective 30 January 2009, subject to there
being no objection from the relevant regulatory bodies.

    Mr Domaille is currently a director of the following publicly quoted companies:
    *     FRM Credit Strategies Fund PCC Limited (CISX) 
    *     FRM Strategic Fund PCC Limited (CISX)
    *     JABCAP Global Balanced Fund Limited (Irish Stock Exchange)
    *     JABCAP Global Convertible Fund Limited (Irish Stock Exchange)
    *     JABCAP Mangousta Fund Limited (Irish Stock Exchange)
    *     JABCAP Multi Strategy Fund Limited (Irish Stock Exchange)

    In addition, in the past five years Mr Domaille has been a director of the following publicly quoted companies:
    *     Life Science Capital Fund (Irish Stock Exchange)
    *     The US$ Global Currency Fund plc (Irish Stock Exchange)
    *     HSBC European Absolute Limited (LSE & CISX)

    Mr Carnegie is not currently a director of any publicly quoted companies, but in the past five years has acted as a director of HSBC
European Absolute Limited and has previously acted as a director of the Company.
