HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE"), a closed-end investment
company, today announces its estimated Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 30 April
2010.
The estimated NAV is U.S.$717.1 million or U.S.$8.64 per share, as at 30 April
2010. This represents a 0.1% increase from the 31 March 2010 estimated NAV per
share of U.S.$8.63. The Company was net cash flow positive in April and has been
net cash flow positive for four of the last five months and each of the last two
financial quarters.
On 12 May 2010, all of HVPE's issued class A shares (the "Shares") were admitted
to trading on the Specialist Fund Market (the "SFM") of the London Stock
Exchange ("Admission"). HVPE now has a dual listing on both the SFM and
Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext ("Euronext Amsterdam"). Admission is part
of a series of measures intended to stimulate long-term interest and activity in
HVPE's shares.
HVPE will be announcing its annual results to 31 January 2010 on 27 May 2010. A
results conference call and webcast will be held at 4:00pm (BST) (11:00 am
Eastern, 8:00 am Pacific). A shareholder meeting will be held in London on 23
June at 4:00 pm (BST) (11:00 am Eastern, 8:00 am Pacific). Further details on
