Proposed Voluntary Winding-up and Suspension of Listing

IBIS Media VCT 1 plc ("IBIS", or the "Company") is today holding a general meeting of shareholders, pursuant to a circular of the Company dated 14 December 2016, to wind-up the Company and appoint a liquidator, (thereby giving rise to the cancellation of the listing of the Company's shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority).

The Company has requested that the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") suspend the listing of the shares with immediate effect.
