Block Admission Application

The board of International Greetings PLC ("International Greetings" or the
"Company") announces that application has been made today to the London Stock
Exchange for the block admission to the Alternative Investment Market of 750,000
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company. The new ordinary
shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of
International Greetings.

The block admission application is in respect of shares that may be issued under
the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme.
