On 19 January 2007 the Company received notification that as at 12 January 2007,
Cantor Fitzgerald Europe was the registered holder of 1,413,500 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 3.0 per
cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.


The Company has also received notification on 22 January 2007 that as at 20
January 2007, Schroder Investment Management Limited was indirectly interested
in 3,897,075 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.28 per cent. of the
current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
