International Tool & Supply PLC (the "Company")

Application for admission of 1,250 ordinary shares of 5p each ("new Ordinary
Shares") to the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM")

Application has today been made for 1,250 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to
the exercise of warrants to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that such
admission will become effective in accordance with the rules of AIM, and that
dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 09.00hrs on Wednesday 29
July, 1998.

The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
