Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, 'the Group', 'Innovations') announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2016. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to those shareholders who have not agreed (or who are not deemed to have agreed) to receiving documents or information via the Innovations website.

The Group also announces that its 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30am on 21 November 2016 at the Group's offices at 52 Princes Gate, Exhibition Road, London, SW7 2PG.

Printed copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to all shareholders except for those shareholders who have agreed (or who are deemed to have agreed) to receiving documents or information via the Innovations website. Printed copies of the Form of Proxy have been posted to all shareholders.
