Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC ('the Company')

Second Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company have today declared the payment of a second interim dividend of 0.18p (net) per Ordinary Income share (equal to the 0.18p (net) declared for the previous quarter) and a second interim dividend of 0.50p (net) per Common share (equal to the 0.50p (net) declared for the previous quarter) both for the year ending 31 December 2014.

The dividends will be paid on 15 August 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 18 July 2014, and are in accordance with the relative entitlements of the Ordinary Income shares and the Common shares to the distributable profits of the Company under the Company's Articles of Association. The ex-dividend date is 16 July 2014.
