Dart Group PLC ("the Company")

Share issue

The Company has applied for 220,405 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM in relation to shares issued following
the exercise of options under the Dart Group Company Share Option Scheme, the
Dart Group Executive Share Option Scheme and the Dart Group PLC 2002 Unapproved
Share Option Scheme.

The Company has also applied for 250,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM under a block admission. The block admission relates to Ordinary
Shares which could be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under employee
share option schemes in the future.

It is anticipated that such admissions will become effective on 27 February
2006.
