Significant shareholding

beneficial interest in an aggregate of 6,204,188 ordinary shares in the Company
and a non-beneficial interest in an aggregate of 1,803,073 shares in the
Company. These interests represent 4.41% and 1.28% of the issued share capital
of the Company respectively.
