Andrew Grant and Mathew Edmett each purchased 2,500 Ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 67p on 12 October 2005.

Andrew Grant now holds 8500 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.07 per
cent. of the issued share capital. Mr  Grant also has an interest in Sion
Holdings Limited which has an unchanged interest in the Company's issued share 
capital.
