The Company announces that between 26 February and 2 March 2007 Jarvis purchased
34,500 ordinary shares to hold in Treasury pending cancellation, at an average
price of 122.49p.

The Company now holds a total of 34,500 ordinary shares in Treasury and will
continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and in
accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
