    Result of EGM

    The Board of Livermore is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held
this morning were approved. The resolutions proposed were in relation to (i) the declaration of the final dividend for the financial year to
31 December 2007 of US 3.5 cents per ordinary share in the Company and (ii) the proposal to offer shareholders a scrip dividend alternative,
both as set out in the notice convening the meeting contained in the circular to the Company's shareholders posted on 23 July 2008.
