MICE Group Plc (the "Company"), the international marketing services group, has
today been notified by Platinum Fund Managers (Holdings) Limited that it has
sold 4,081,000 ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and
that it now holds 6,000,000 shares representing approximately 3.41 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.
