                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company has today been informed that Mrs S E Nicholson, a non-executive
director of the Company, disposed of 600,000 ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company on 7 February 2008 to Kettley International Limited at a price of
180p per share. Both Mrs S E Nicholson and Kettley International are deemed to
be members of the Cedric Pochin Concert Party.

Mrs S E Nicholson now has a beneficial interest in 281,060 ordinary shares in
the Company being 1.35 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
Kettley International Limited now has a beneficial interest in 5,478,499
ordinary shares in the Company being 26.33 per cent of the total voting rights
of the Company.

The number of shares held by the Cedric Pochin Concert Party therefore remains
unchanged at 42.1 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
