DiRWA to drive customer adoption of Blue
Prism’s Operating System for the Digital Workforce
Blue Prism, the global leader in Robotic Process Automation
(RPA) announced its expansion into Latin America via a partnership
with DiRWA. DiRWA will deliver the RPA implementation and
multilingual services needed to support Blue Prism’s Digital
Workforce, targeting large enterprise clients in the region. This
partnership aligns with Blue Prism’s vision and go-to-market
strategy by offering customers a joint solution that takes them
beyond the automation of work processes and towards a broader
digital transformation.
With customer momentum and continued global expansion of
operations in Japan, India and Australia, this partnership will
strengthen Blue Prism’s growing presence in Latin America. Joint
client examples include a banking leader with more than 1,000
offices and $3B in revenue in Latin America, a $45B brewery with
over 60 percent of its volume in Brazil, the third largest retailer
in Latin America with $10B in revenues and others that have
selected Blue Prism’s Digital Operating System to build their own
Digital Workforce.
“Latin America continues to embrace enterprise RPA versus
desktop automation and we’re seeing a groundswell of demand for the
capabilities Blue Prism offers,” said Martin Flood, executive vice
president, global sales, Blue Prism. “We are supporting large scale
global customers such as EDP Energias do Brasil, one of the largest
Brazilian utility companies ($10B revenues). DiRWA’s multilingual
training center coupled with our robotic operating model is driving
increased adoption in this market.”
“DiRWA is working with EDP Energias do Brasil to create a Center
of Excellence (CoE) using Blue Prism software to establish the best
development practices and monitoring of automation processes,” said
Silva Vaz Junior at EDP Energias do Brasil.
Blue Prism has become the de facto standard for RPA
implementations in industries such as financial services,
insurance, healthcare, telecom and retail. The company’s software

the highest requirement levels for audit, security and compliance
while taking advantage of cloud and AI capabilities. The company’s
software robots are becoming the foundation for more than
automation: they are becoming the cornerstone for building out the
next generation of enterprise-grade applications and making the
promise of AI a reality.
“The RPA market is undergoing explosive growth and we’re excited
to partner with the industry leader—Blue Prism,” said Mariano
Grosso of DiRWA. “RPA is more than just about automation or
improving efficiencies, it can help transform any organization at
its core in a way desktop-based automation can’t. Working with Blue
Prism helps us serve this multilingual market with an
enterprise-grade Digital Workforce that can leverage AI, cognitive
and cloud capabilities.”
