Savannah, the resource development company focused on becoming Europe's most significant producer of spodumene lithium concentrate from its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, has been informed that, Mr. Bruce Griffin, (Non-Executive Director) via his Company, Farview Solutions Limited, acquired a total of 110,572 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 3.26176 pence per Ordinary Share, totalling GBP3,606.59.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Griffin has a total beneficial interest in 110,572 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
