On 21 September 2020, the Company was notified by Julian
Dunkerton, Executive Director and PDMR, that he had purchased 50
ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company
at a price of GBP1.3577 per share.
Following the purchase, Julian Dunkerton holds 16,018,988
ordinary shares in Superdry, representing 19.5% per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.
The Company makes this announcement, including the
