Directors' shareholdings



Sirius Financial Solutions has been notified that the following Directors have
today purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company:



P J Race has purchased 5,108 Ordinary Shares at a price of 135p per share.  As a
result of this purchase, Mr Race is beneficially interested in 5,108 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital, and holds options over a further 70,000 Ordinary Shares.



M P Dodd has purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 135p per share and a
further 9,321 Ordinary Shares at a price of 140p per share.  As a result of
these purchases, Mr Dodd is beneficially interested in 38,057 Ordinary Shares in
the Company, representing 0.22 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital,
and holds options over a further 118,780 Ordinary Shares.
