Change of Name

The Board announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier
today, shareholders approved the resolution to change the name of the Company
to Sirius Financial Solutions Plc. The Company will commence trading under its
new name with effect from the commencement of business on Monday 12 November
2001.
