San Leon Energy plc ("San Leon" or the "Company")
Director's Dealing and Shareholding
San Leon Energy, the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas
development and appraisal in Africa and Europe, announces that it
was informed today that Mr Kristian Ewen Ainsworth, the Finance
Director of the Company sold 66,666 ordinary shares of no par value
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his own name at a price
of 42.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 November 2016.
On 24 November 2016, Mr Ainsworth then acquired an interest in
66,666 Ordinary Shares, which are held in his Stocks and Shares ISA
in the registered name Mr Kristian Ewen Ainsworth, at a price of
42.55 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale and purchase above, and allowing for dealing
costs, Mr Ainsworth's total beneficial interest in the issued
Ordinary Share capital now consists of 66,666 Ordinary Shares
(which represents approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital), held in the following registered
name[s]:
66,666 Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Mr Kristian
Ewen Ainsworth and held in a Stocks and Share ISA;
