The Company was notified on 2 December 2005 that M & G Group Limited, M & G
Investment Management Limited and M & G Limited no longer held a notifiable
interest in the company's share capital.

Prudential plc and another of its subsidiary companies continue to have a
notifiable interest in 20,587,996 ordinary 10p shares in the Company,
representing 3.74% of the issued share capital.
