Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of
restaurants in the casual dining sector, announces that on 3 July
2024, Wendy Dixon, Non-executive Director, purchased 415,000
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 1.3 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mrs Dixon now holds
415,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.28% of the
Company's issued share capital.
