                        AMENDMENT - DIRECTOR'S DEALING                         

The following amends the director's dealing announcement released by Tellings
Golden Miller plc (the "Company") on 28 April 2006 under RNS number 2121C at
3.02pm.

The Company has been informed by Julian Peddle that the previously disclosed at
point 12 below, Price per share incorrectly read as 32.55 pence per share this
should have read 32.85 pence per share.

Furthermore Julian Peddles' Total percentage holding of the issued class was
incorrectly disclosed at point 16 below as 20.86% this should have read 20.69%.

All other details remain unchanged and the full amended announcement appears
