              TRIPLEARC SIGNS U.S TECHNOLOGY DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

TripleArc Plc, the leading UK based provider of technology led print procurement
solutions, has signed a sales and distribution agreement with Four51 Inc, the US
based e-solutions provider for the printing market. The agreement allows Four51
to sell TripleArc's Collaborative Workflow System (CWS)1 throughout America.

Four51 is already negotiating with several print management companies to take on
the CWS software. This agreement gives TripleArc a channel to distribute its
technology products in the huge US print market. It is anticipated that the deal
will deliver revenue for TripleArc in the short term.

TripleArc will receive a percentage of the revenue generated by any sales made
by Four51 involving CWS in America throughout the 10 year term of the agreement.

Jason Cromack, CEO of TripleArc commented: 'We are very excited about our new
partnership. Four51 has a good reputation in America, and already sells its
web-based services to major print management companies. The qualities of the CWS
software, coupled with our new partner's technical expertise and knowledge of
the US market, is expected to generate revenue quite quickly. There is no doubt
