                                  AGM Statement


The Annual General Meeting of TripleArc Plc, the UK based provider of technology
led print procurement solutions, will be held at 10.00 am today. At the meeting,
Chris Pople, Chairman elect, will make the following statement:

"As mentioned at the time of our preliminary results announcement in March 2004,
the TripleArc group had an excellent start to the year and I am pleased to
report that trading remains in line with the Board's expectations.

"The full extent of the synergies and critical mass anticipated from the
acquisition of Access Plus have become apparent, as exemplified by the strength
of our service offering and the large contract wins that we have already
announced this year. Our pipeline of prospective customers continues to
strengthen and we look forward to providing further updates in this regard in
the second half of the year.

"The Group is in a healthy financial position and generating strong cashflow.
The Board remains confident in its ability to deliver enhanced value to the
Company's shareholders.

"Further to the announcement made earlier this month, and with the integration
of Access Plus complete, Tim Brettell is today retiring from the Board. On
behalf of the Board I would like to thank him for his contribution to the
enlarged Group and wish him every success in the future.

"With the prospects for TripleArc looking so positive, I am delighted to assume
my new role as Chairman."
