             Result of Annual General Meeting and Trading Statement


Ultimate Finance Group plc ("Ultimate", "the Company" or "the Group) provides
recourse factoring, invoice discounting and confidential invoice discounting

At the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were unanimously
passed.

The Chairman stated in his comments to the meeting that he was delighted with
the progress made in delivering significant growth in profit before tax,
#290,494 for the year ended 30 June 2006 compared with #20,581 in 2005.

The Chairman stated that current market conditions were putting pressure on
sales and margins, as a result of which progress in the first half of the
current financial year will be slower than expected. However the board are
confident Ultimate will continue to deliver growth over the medium and long
term.
