Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that pursuant to terms of Vianet's LTIP,
as announced on 22 December 2015, the following Directors and PDMRs
have qualified under the Plan rules for an award, the net proceeds
of which have been used to purchase in aggregate, a total of
225,743 Ordinary Shares (the "Share Awards") at a price of 120.0p
in the Company as follows:
